By using art as a universal cultural language, the alliance seeks to promote WOAC Art Competition activities worldwide, enhancing its influence and supporting the goals and missions of WOAC.
The WOAC Alliance is a key component of WOAC, consisting of three main parts: WOAC National / Regional Alliance, WOAC Global Schools Alliance, and WOAC Organizations Alliance. It has a dedicated WOAC Alliance Committee, whose primary task is to integrate artistic resources from various countries, enabling all artists, artistic organizations, and cultural institutions to actively participate in WOAC Art Competition initiatives.
Each WOAC Alliance Committee must adhere to the principles outlined in the Founding Charter when formulating their own charters, operational mechanisms, and member development. The committee ensures that both the alliance and the WOAC achieve their overall objectives.

National / Regional Alliance
The WOAC National / Regional Alliance is a vital component of the WOAC Alliance, with a dedicated WOAC National Alliance Committee.
Newly elected alliance committees are established by the Alliance committees of respective nations. The Establishment of new committees must be approved by the Executive Committee of WOAC to ensure all members are integrated into the alliance system. The National Alliance Committee aims to globally promote the vibrant development of the WOAC Art Competition and enhance its worldwide influence.

The WOAC Global Schools Alliance is a crucial part of WOAC Alliance, composed of higher education institutions from around the world. Its mission is to promote the exchange and cooperation of global higher education resources in the arts, creating a fair, professional, free, and open platform for young artists worldwide.

We are committed to enhancing the quality and accessibility of art education worldwide through the exchange of global art education resources, including both specialized and general education, to strengthen talent reserves of art field and improve public artistic literacy.

The WOAC Organization Alliance and Professional Committee are important components of the WOAC, aimed at creating a global, cross-fields, All-industrial international union focused on art.
The Organizations Alliance will gather organizations and individuals from various sectors outside the art field, guided by the WOAC values. Through the platform of the WOAC Organizations Alliance, it will engage in global cooperation across all fields and industries, facilitating innovative cross-fields developments in art, broadening the horizontal influence of art, and ensuring the sustainable development in the future. At the same time, the WOAC Organizations Alliance will continue to focus on social welfare and social responsibility, collaborating widely on organizational partnerships and art projects to address global social issues.
Global Development
The WOAC Organization Alliance and Specialized Committees aim to pursue diversified development in art-related fields. Based on the resource advantages and industrial strengths of cooperative partners, they will establish global organizations in specialized art fields, and promote WOAC's influence in the global art community through the work of the Alliance and Specialized Committees.
Cross-Fields Cooperation
The WOAC Organization Alliance and Specialized Committees focus on carrying out various forms of cross-sectoral cooperation between the art field and other fields (such as technology, education, business, social services, etc.). The WOAC is the official governing body of The WOAC Art Competition event, with the Executive Committee serving as its authority.
The WOAC Executive Committee is responsible for leading the organization and operation of the WOAC Art Competition event, formulating development strategies and policies, and supervising the implementation of various tasks. Its operational mechanism aims to ensure transparency, effectiveness, and democracy.
In terms of member qualifications, registration, elections, hiring, and positions, the Executive Committee strictly adheres to the WOAC statutes and the core values of WOAC Art Competition, which include universality, aesthetics, beauty, harmony, and non-violence. This ensures that all members work together under the same beliefs to promote the global development of arts.
Decision-making is the core aspect of the Executive Committee's operations, with all significant decisions requiring a majority vote. To ensure fairness and representation in decision-making, each member is encouraged to fully express their opinions during elections and voting. Elected members serve a term of 8 years, with the possibility of re-election. This provides experienced members with the opportunity to continue contributing while also allowing space for new members, ensuring a balance between innovation and continuity in policy-making.
In special circumstances, such as a tie in voting results, the Founding President and the Executive President will convene a special meeting to seek solutions and reach a consensus. This practice reflects the Executive Committee's emphasis on collective wisdom and respect for members.
The operational mechanism of the Executive Committee fully embodies WOAC's commitment to Olympic arts, ensuring that each member tirelessly works towards the harmonious development of the arts under a shared goal.
Founding Honorary

The Founding Honorary Committee, as a subordinate honorary organization of the WOAC Executive Committee, is composed of distinguished individuals with high reputations in the fields of arts, culture, and society. Some of its members had participated in the Constituent Assembly of WOAC Art Competition held at UNESCO in 1995, serving as the founding members of the WOAC. They provided a strong historical foundation for the committee's mission and goals.
The primary responsibilities of the Founding Honorary Committee are to lend prestige and global influence to the WOAC while promoting important cultural and artistic exchanges worldwide as well. Committee members include renowned artists, cultural leaders, scholars, and social activists, all of whom have significant influence and extensive professional backgrounds in their respective fields. Their participation enhances and secures the credibility and authority of the WOAC.
Additionally, the Founding Honorary Committee has the important task of advocating and promoting Olympic arts and its spirit, inspiring new generations of artists and cultural workers. By participating in various activities and projects organized by the WOAC, they actively contribute to the development and prosperity of arts worldwide.

Ambassadors
Public welfare is one of the important attributes of the WOAC, deeply embedded in the spirit and values of Olympic arts.
Goodwill Ambassadors serve as key representatives of the WOAC, responsible for showcasing its international public image, promoting its core values and concepts, and advancing social responsibility as well. As influential figures in arts festivals and other social sectors, these ambassadors inspire public attention to the important social issues related to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through their voices and actions.
The main responsibilities of Goodwill Ambassadors include:
Actively promoting and disseminating the values and mission of the WOAC, encouraging more people to engage in its global activities and enhancing public awareness of the social value of art.
Directly participating in the WOAC public welfare projects and activities, facilitating the development of art education and cultural exchange through exhibitions, performances, lectures, and other forms closely aligned with the WOAC mission and goals.
Establishing cooperative relationships with international organizations and artists from other artistic or social fields to help the World Olymp'Arts Council expand its network, promote resource sharing, and achieve win-win collaborations, thereby enhancing the organization's global influence.
The WOAC Advisory Committee consists of world-class politicians, diplomats, and representatives from international organizations, tasked with assisting the Executive Committee in formulating the organization’s development strategy.
Its core responsibility is to ensure that art always occupies a significant position in the development of human civilization, leveraging its unique influence.
The Advisory Committee not only provides insights on art policy and cultural development but also offers guidance and recommendations for promoting the values outlined in the Founding Charter of the WOAC, particularly in relation to themes connected to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By bringing together the wisdom and experience of various experts, the Advisory Committee helps the council better understand and respond to the challenges and opportunities in global arts and cultural development.
Additionally, the members of the Advisory Committee will leverage their extensive networks and resources to assist the WOAC in playing an active role across different countries and regions. This ensures that the development of arts and culture meets specific local needs while guiding humanity toward shared values and goals as well.
Under the guidance of the Advisory Committee, the WOAC will be able to more effectively integrate international resources and promote international cooperation, facilitating the comprehensive integration of art into social life.
The Academic Expert Committee is composed of influential artists, scholars, and authoritative professionals from various fields within the global art community, focusing on promoting the development of artists and fostering innovation in artistic creation.
The committee will provide the WOAC with expertise and practical experience in the arts, ensuring the authority and leadership of THE WOAC Art Competition event, as well as its associated activities.
The primary responsibilities of the Academic Experts Committee include assisting in the formulation of specific art development plans, promoting WOAC Art Competition and its core spirit to enhance its recognition across different countries and art fields. Members of the Academic Experts Committee will leverage their professional backgrounds and artistic practices to help WOAC establish close connections with artists, facilitating their participation and creative endeavors.
Furthermore, the Academic Experts Committee will offer guidance to both the public and artists under the various platforms constructed by the WOAC, helping artists enhance their creative skills and providing inspiration and support for artistic production. The committee itself also serves as a platform for promoting artistic exchange and collaboration, enabling artists to share experiences and perspectives on a global scale, thus ensuring the long-term construction and development of WOAC.
Only artists who meet the standards outlined in the WOAC charter and values, and who possess significant influence worldwide, are eligible for membership in the WOAC Academic Experts Committee.
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, visual technology, immersive experiences, virtual reality, augmented reality, interactive art, digital imaging, digital installations, and public digital art, digital art has become an essential field for contemporary artistic innovation, cultural communication, and international exchange.
Against the backdrop of the deep integration of art, culture, and technology, the World Olymp'Arts Council establishes the WOAC Digital Art Committee as a global platform for exchange, research, creation, exhibition, education, and cooperation in the field of digital art.
Under the guidance of WOAC, the Committee aims to promote the integration of art and technology, traditional culture and future media, public space and digital expression. It seeks to explore the innovative value of digital art in urban development, cultural communication, youth artist development, international exhibitions, digital public art, and the future Olymp'Arts competition framework.
