The OLYMP’ARTS is an international art event organized by WOAC, inspired by the ancient Greek Olympic Art Competition. Through diverse activities, the event fosters exchanges and communications within the art community, as well as various artistic works and creative ideas. As the most important event of WOAC, the OLYMP’ARTS provides a platform for sharing and dialogue, promoting diversity and innovation in global art and culture. The Annual Awards Ceremony is a significant event held by WOAC each year to honor artists, projects, and institutions that have excelled in the arts. Eligibility
for Joining
By establishing clear eligibility criteria and an application process, WOAC ensures that its members possess the necessary professional skills and backgrounds. This helps maintain the high standards of our organization and promotes the professional development of the arts community, providing members with valuable opportunities for exchange and collaboration.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of artistic experience.
At least 3 representative works must be submitted, demonstrating individual artistic style and innovation.
A recommendation letter from a recognized professional or institution in the arts field is required to attest to the applicant’s influence and contributions.
The applying institution must be legally registered in its respective country and possess relevant qualifications for promoting arts and culture.
The institution must provide detailed records of past artistic projects or activities organized, to demonstrate its participation and contributions in the arts field.
A letter of intent to participate in WOAC activities must be submitted, outlining how the institution plans to collaborate with WOAC and other members.
The educational institutions must be accredited by the national or regional education authorities, providing relevant documentation.
The institution should demonstrate its curriculum, faculty strength, and educational outcomes in arts education.
The institution must show the capacity to conduct arts research projects and provide related research plans or project outcomes.
All applicants must fill out the application form which can be download from WOAC official website and submit the required materials.
Submitted applications will be evaluated by WOAC Audit Committee to ensure they meet the selection criteria.
After the deadline, applicants will be notified of the review results within a specified period. Successful candidates will officially become WOAC members.
How to Join
The procedure for applying to joining WOAC is as follows:
Complete and submit the membership application form along with your resume and portfolio.
After a preliminary review of the submitted materials, candidates will undergo an interview to further assess their suitability.
The Audit Committee will conduct a final review to decide whether to approve the membership application.
