Purpose of Sponsorship

Financial sponsorship is typically used to support art exhibitions, cultural activities, educational projects and other creative initiatives, ensuring these projects run smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes.

Use of Funds

The funds will be used for the following areas:
Projects implementing: costs associated with art creation, as well as the planning and organization of art events.
Promotion: marketing the projects to attract more participants.
Materials and equipment: purchasing necessary art materials, equipment, and technical support.
Human resources: payment for staff, artists, and instructors.

Sponsorship Level Amounts

Sponsors are allowed to choose an appropriate level amount based on their budget and willingness. WOAC will negotiate the specific amount based on the scale and demands of the projects.

Collaboration Agreement

Upon reaching an intention for sponsorship, WOAC and the sponsor will come into a formal collaboration agreement, clarifying the amount of funding, usage methods, time frame, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

Financial Transparency

WOAC commits to transparent management of the funds, providing regular financial reports to sponsors, ensuring that funds are used appropriately according to mutual agreements.

Brand Exposure

In return, the the brand of sponsor receive significant exposure in every relevant events and promotions, including:
Event naming.
Promotional materials (posters, leaflets, etc.)
Social media promotion.
On-site showcase (banners, panels, etc.)
