With the rapid development of the global economy and continuous technological advancement, the low-altitude economy, as an emerging sector, demonstrates immense development potential worldwide. Concurrently, the arts, serving as a vital medium for cultural exchange and dissemination, are integrating with the low-altitude economy. This fusion has become an innovative trend driving industrial upgrading and enriching cultural substance. Against this backdrop, the World Olymp'Arts Council (WOAC), adhering to its mission of promoting the "integration of art and technology, nature and humanities," has established the specialized sub-committee - the World Low-Altitude Economy and Arts Development Committee (WLEAC). Under the leadership of WOAC, the WLEAC aims to build a global professional platform for exchange and cooperation in the fields of low-altitude economy and the arts. It seeks to transcend traditional artistic boundaries, explore the limitless possibilities of drones in artistic and cultural creation, foster cross-cultural artistic exchange, promote the diversified development of global culture, arts, and technology, and achieve shared prosperity.

- Publish the White Paper on Global Low-Altitude Economy and Arts Development.
- Become one of WOAC's key strategic projects and establish a dedicated unit within the Olymp'Arts Competition.
- Build a global platform for industry development linkage.
- Research and promote development trends, technological innovations, and cross-border collaborations in the low-altitude economy and arts field.
- Organize international symposiums, art exhibitions, forums, and vocational education activities.
- Partner with cities and institutions to jointly develop and operate low-altitude economy and arts projects.

The official languages of this committee are French, English, and Chinese. Important texts will be provided in multilingual versions to facilitate international dissemination and participation.
