On April 14th, Rachel Qin, the Executive President of the World Olymp’Arts Council, was invited to the French National Society of Fine Arts and had a friendly meeting with the Executive President Isabelle Lawson.
Rachel Qin expressed her gratitude to Isabelle Lawson for the invitation. She then provided a detailed introduction of the committee to Chair Lawson and explained the mission of “Arts Connect the World”. Rachel Qin and Isabelle Lawson reached a strategic cooperation agreement, in which the French National Society of Fine Arts will fully support the Olymp’Arts 2023 and attend relevant events in Switzerland.
In the exchange, Isabelle Lawson focused on introducing the Paris International Art Salon, which was founded in 1862 with the support of the French Ministry of Culture and sponsored by the French National Society of Fine Arts.
The French International Art Salon Awards Ceremony is held annually in the Carrousel Hall of the Louvre Museum in Paris, France. The selected artists from all over the world will show their selected works to the visitors in the highest palace of art, and accept The highest honor awarded by the French National Society of Fine Arts. For the past 160 years, the greatest names in painting, sculpture and printmaking have been exhibited annually on the stage of the Louvre, and each era has brought new reflections on art. World-renowned artists such as Auguste Rodin, Amy Miller, Eugenie Delacroix, Jean Carbo, Gustave Daury, Édouard Manet and other world-renowned artists were the pioneers of this association .
In 1864, after the death of the artist Delacroix, the French National Society of Fine Arts held a retrospective exhibition of his 248 oil paintings and lithographs, and suspended other exhibitions as a sign of respect. It can be said that the establishment of the French National Society of Fine Arts provided independent artists with a sense of intellectual belonging.
Meanwhile,, Rachel Qin was also invited to visit the Pompidou Center, the National School of Fine Arts in Paris located on the left bank of the Seine River in Paris, and had a friendly exchange with the Montmartre artist Marc.
Art is a unique and proud activity of our human beings. The value of arts is also the value of our human beings. The significance of art is also the significance of humanity.
