Notification of Change in Executive Committee Membership

The World Olymp’Arts Council (WOAC) hereby formally issues the following notification regarding an internal personnel adjustment within the organization:

In accordance with the Charter of the organization and relevant governance procedures, and following careful deliberation, Ms. Xu Yuanshen has ceased to serve as a Member of the Executive Committee of the World Olymp’Arts Council, effective immediately. As of the effective date of this notice, Ms. Xu Yuanshen is no longer authorized to represent WOAC in any capacity, including but not limited to project coordination, communications, or the advancement of any cooperative matters.

In light of the above change, all partners, institutions, and relevant parties who were previously in contact with Ms. Xu Yuanshen are kindly requested, effective immediately, to redirect all communications and coordination to the official channels of the World Olymp’Arts Council.

All ongoing or prospective cooperation matters should be conducted exclusively through the official WOAC email channels to ensure that all activities proceed in a standardized, orderly, and compliant manner.
